Meet Toni—Author, Spiritual Director, and Teacher of Contemplative Practices
Toni has a Master of Arts (MAM) from Saint John’s University in her home State of Minnesota, with a concentration in spirituality and training as a Spiritual Director. She has also received complementary training as a Teacher of Presence under Eckhart Tolle. As an ongoing learner, Toni regularly attends courses related to her area of focus via the Center for Action and Contemplation in New Mexico, as well as The BioSpiritual Institute in Colorado and Ireland. She has traveled widely, but now resides near the quintessential medieval city of Tübingen, Germany long known for its rich academic heritage.
Toni draws upon wisdom teachings and contemplative practices to help Readers and Listeners develop a greater awareness of self and the Divine, and thus come into a deeper level of spirituality and personal freedom. As an Oblate, her teachings also extend to Benedictine spirituality.

Public Speaking
Public speaker on an array of spiritual topics, imparting personal reflections, as well as practical guidance to inspire and encourage people along their spiritual journeys.

Spiritual Workshops/Retreats
Tailored workshops and retreats on wisdom teachings and contemplative practices, designed to help deepen participants’ spirituality and facilitate personal and spiritual transformation. These sessions explore diverse spiritual themes such as God Image; True Self and False Self; Programs for Happiness; Divine Therapy for Addictions; Presence in the Now; and Union with God. Ancient and contemporary prayer forms are incorporated to enable participants to more fully integrate the teachings.

Spiritual Direction
Spirit-led companionship to nurture a deeper personal relationship with God and develop greater fidelity in discerning that still, small voice within. As directees grow increasingly into the person God has called them to be, the gifts of the Spirit—particularly peace and joy—are realized with greater frequency.

Pastoral Ministry
Hospital and prison ministry to the English-speaking communities in the Tübingen and Stuttgart regions of Germany, providing pastoral care and spiritual guidance for individuals facing difficult life situations.

Assistance to inquirers in discerning their call to full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.
